Filmmakers will be competing
for the Hollywood Film Festival®, Hollywood World Awards®, Hollywood Animation Film Festival™, Hollywood Documentary Film Festival™, Hollywood Kids Film Festival™, Hollywood Horror, Sci-Fi & Fantasy Film Festival™, Hollywood Independent Film Festival, Hollywood International Film Festival®, Hollywood Shorts Film Festival™, Hollywood World Film Festival™, and Hollywood Digital Film Festival™. The
winners will be chosen by a jury of entertainment
industry professionals and announced at the
Hollywood Discovery Awards® ceremony.
Daily
Variety and Screen International will
publish special issues featuring the Hollywood
Film Festival® and Hollywood Awards®.
These publications reach thousands of subscribers
worldwide.
To enter the Hollywood
Film Festival competition, please submit a completed FEATURE,
DOCUMENTARY OR SHORT SUBJECT. We accept both
Domestic and International submissions. Entries
must be submitted on a 1/2" VHS
tape or DVD. We accept ALL VHS formats (NTSC,
PAL, M-PAL, N-PAL, SECAM, MESECAM). Submitted
tapes/DVDs will not be returned.
Note: If selected, filmmaker agrees to furnish
1 copy of film on either a 35 mm, 16 mm film
print, Digibeta or Beta SP (NTSC format). The
festival will also need 4 complete press kits
from filmmakers whose films are selected as finalists.
Foreign language films must have subtitles.

Note: Feature Films are more than 40 minutes
in length. The length of Short Subjects is 40
minutes or less.
